Outpost24 is currently looking for a People Operations Specialist to join our team in our beautiful office in Karlskrona, Sweden!

As People Operations Specialist, you will be directly involved in finding the best talent with our recruitment processes, supporting the monthly payroll processes, participating in employer branding initiatives and the development of the onboarding and internal training programs, as well as other ad-hoc HR projects.

The People Operations Specialist will report to the Chief of Staff while work closely with the Payroll Manager, Talent Manager and People & Culture Manager. Some of your responsibilities as People Operations Specialist will include, but are not limited to:

• Maintaining a smooth recruitment process by supporting hiring managers with various tasks such as identifying the best candidates, conducting interviews, and making sure no candidates go unanswered
• Acting as back-up to the Payroll Manager for the monthly payroll processes
• Create, update and maintain employee data in the HR system and personnel files
• Support in onboarding, leaver and change processes
• Developing, updating and supporting internal training objectives
• Supporting in creating, updating and maintaining company policies
• Assisting employees in our Karlskrona office with questions regarding Swedish labor law

Ideally, we would like to see someone who: 

• Has 2+ years' experience in talent acquisition, HR or similar
• Has great time management skills, and an ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Is detail-oriented and enjoys taking initiative 
• Can work proactively and independently 
• Is happy to go the extra mile for their colleagues 
• Has excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and fluency in Swedish and English
• Has a thorough understanding of Swedish labor law and practices
