Marketing Operations Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Digital and Marketing Operations Specialist to define and deliver Outpost24’s marketing technology architecture and roadmap!
The successful candidate will be a key member of the team, partnering with marketing (and sales) to optimize our technology investment. The role requires a strong understanding of website management, marketing-related technology and analytics to lead the implementation and ongoing optimization of the marketing process and campaign workflows. proven experience in building and executing large scale automation and account-based marketing campaigns to reach, nurture and drive action with our targeted buyer persona.
- Develop, manage and refine the end-to-end marketing campaign lifecycle and lead management process
- Manage the website operations including hosting, maintenance, and security, and ensure our website is operating at optimal speed, functionality, and performance levels
- Own and improve the marketing technology infrastructure, systems and tools, to better segment, target and engage with prospects and customers
- Enable the regional marketing teams to work more effectively by building and optimizing campaign workflows and website experience, and defining the processes and dashboards for reporting and analysis to enable data-driven decisions
- Support the marketing team on content creation and promotion on the website adhering to SEO best practice and business requirement
- Lead management: support marketing and sales revenue goals by maintaining our lead management process, including lead lifecycle, lead scoring, and sales alerts
- Data management: work closely with Business Operations to standardize data across SFDC and marketing automation platform for accurate and up-to-date attribution and reporting
- Drive the marketing operations and web development roadmap, and establish internal process to optimize performance
- Set a tone of high standards, be able to think strategically and make decisions based on data, business requirement and customer experience
What would make you stand out as our ideal candidate?
We would like to see someone who:
- Has thorough experience in establishing and implementing a marketing technology vision
- Is a passionate technologist with extensive knowledge in website operations (Drupal/Wordpress), digital optimization and marketing related technology stack management
- Has hands-on marketing automation (Hubspot/Pardot) admin experience, Salesforce integration, and Google Analytics
- Has designed, developed and implemented full campaign & lead lifecycle management through automated platforms
- Has a strong understanding of marketing analytics, ability to translate business needs into technical requirement
- Has working knowledge of web security and data protection regulations
- Has a university degree or digital marketing qualifications/accreditation
- Has experience in b2b lead generation and additional language skills (German, French, Spanish) a plus
