SDR Team Lead

Building on the company’s success and recent acquisitions, we’re looking for an experienced, hands on and target driven SDR Team Lead to support business development in Europe as well as grow and lead a small team of SDRs!
The SDR Lead will know how to qualify and nurture strong leads whilst being able to provide ongoing coaching to other SDRs and support to the wider sales team. The SDR team bridges the gap between sales and marketing, and is based in sunny Barcelona, Spain, where this role is set to be.
The successful candidate will work closely with sales and marketing to define, drive and prioritize the total addressable market for net new customers, and will be equipped with the right tools & environment.
As our new SDR Team Lead, your main responsibilities will include:
- As a team "player/manager" you will be recruiting, onboarding, and coaching other SDRs to ratify performance gaps and ensure lead targets are reached
- As an individually contributing SDR, you will also support the business development target by researching prospects, calling, qualifying and nurturing inbound/outbound leads
- Owning the top of sales funnel target to develop leads into qualified prospects for AEs that can be turned into fully qualified opportunities to achieve pipeline generation target
- Collaborating with Regional Sales Leaders to define and execute sales development strategy in each sales region
- Defining sales development team and function roadmap, and contributing to the refinement of the sales development process including audience profiling, mapping, prospecting, converting and reporting by partnering with marketing and the wider commercial and operations team
- Maintaining accurate report of leads generated and regularly communicate progress to sales and marketing management with clear insights and highlight any issue for remediation
What would make you stand out as our ideal candidate?
Ideally, we would like to see someone who:
- Has previous experience as team lead and securing leads as a SDR in B2B software
- Is a capable and natural leader who enjoy motivating and coaching other SDRs
- Is self motivated, competitive and target driven
- Has excellent interpersonal skill and ability to work cross functionally
- Has a keen interest in cybersecurity and IT industry
- Has strong communication skills verbally and in writing
- Has the ability to deliver confident sale pitch and explain the value of doing business with us
- Is proficient in sales automation tools and SFDC
- Language: Fluency English is a must, French/German highly desirable
