Outpost24 is looking for a Security Program Architect to provide suitable and sustainable security programs to our customers!

As our new Security Program Architect, you will be responsible for ensuring that Outpost24 can provide the ideal security program to its customers. This includes the development of deliverables as directed by the Security Program Manager.

This role is split to enable focus on the three aspects of our delivery (Network security (On-Prem and Cloud), Application Security, Threat Intelligence), all roles will be directed to build on these areas, devising analytics for each however ultimately working in a unified way to give our customers a standard way of reporting.

The role is open in multiple locations, Plymouth (UK), Chicago, and Karlskrona, and will report back to the Head of Managed Services as well as the Security Program Manager.

As a Security Program Architect, your main accountabilities and responsibilities will include:

• Creating deliverables that will serve as part of the Outpost24 Security Program offerings.
• Maintenance of deliverables to ensure they remain updated and aligned to changes in Outpost24 Tools.
• Documenting and supporting service deliverables when requested by the delivery team.
• Providing and maintaining a security program for our customers which gives suitable structure and KPIs to enable them to prioritize and drive down risk to their business, whilst supporting our delivery department with anything they need to work with their created deliverables.

What would make you stand out as our ideal candidate?

Ideally, we would like to see someone who: 

• Has a good understanding of standard operating systems, Networking, Cloud architectures, System Authentication (AD/LDAP/SMB/SSH), DNS, and some knowledge of common software's used in businesses today.
• Has experience in process automation (Python coding), interaction with APIs and data analytic tools (PowerBi) as well as have a good understanding of IT compliance standards.
• Has good word processing skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
