We're looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive who thrives on opening and growing medium to large accounts. You'll be responsible for identifying potential customers, establishing relationships with key decision-makers, and leading them through our proven land and expand approach.
We need someone who understands the nuances of enterprise sales and can navigate complex organizational structures. You'll need to be a skilled communicator who can articulate our value proposition clearly and persuasively. And of course, you'll need a track record of hitting and exceeding your sales targets.

What will you be doing as our new Enterprise Account Executive?
- Approach new prospects that have been identified through marketing
- Coordinate and lead meetings/ calls to identify needs and drive the sales cycle together with our internal Sales Engineering, Customer Success and Managed Services teams
- Support existing customers and identify cross and upsale opportunities together with Customer Success
- Track and report KPIs, pipeline, and a reliable sales forecast in Salesforce.com
- Ensure that the team is winning and has fun while doing so!
What would make you stand out as our ideal candidate?
- You have a proven track record of selling IT solutions into midsized and large Swedish Accounts (CyberSecurity industry is desirable)
- You have achieved your targets consistently
- You are enjoying “the hunt” for new logos, but have also successfully applied land & expand strategies in the past
- You are used to working with Marketing and Customer Success in a collaborative way
- You are fluent in Swedish, English (another Nordic language desirable)
- Above all, we want to see someone who is an awesome team player – for us, attitude is everything!
- You've got excellent consultative selling abilities and great interpersonal skills with C-level executives
- You are used to work with Salesforce.com as your main tool for tracking, reporting and follow-up

The role is hybrid home/office based. Close proximity to our offices in either Stockholm, Karlskrona or Copenhagen are therefore desirable. Customer visits can be expected.
