Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Visioning: Craft a compelling product trajectory informed by deep market analysis, stakeholder needs, and competitive insights.

• Roadmap Development: Align our product journey with both current market demands and the overarching objectives of Outpost24.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Build bridges with customers and key industry players to gain rich insights and keep our solutions sharply relevant.

• Innovation Leadership: Drive product differentiation and competitive advantage through keen observation of industry trends.

• Team Synergy: Collaborate effectively with internal departments such as engineering, design, and marketing to bring product visions to life.

• Market Strategy: Partner with our marketing and sales teams to forge impactful go-to-market strategies for each product rollout.

• Data Analysis: Leverage metrics, user feedback, and financial analysis to guide product direction and ensure peak performance.

• Compliance Mastery: Guarantee our products not only meet but set industry standards in compliance and security.

• Lifecycle Stewardship: Champion the product from inception to culmination, ensuring each phase is executed with excellence.

• Industry Acumen: Continually refresh knowledge of emerging technologies and trends to keep our solutions at the cutting edge.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a pertinent field, with a Master’s/MBA adding extra weight.
• Demonstrated prowess as a Product Manager, ideally within cybersecurity or SaaS.
• A deep grasp of cybersecurity paradigms, challenges, and best practices.
• Proficiency with SaaS metrics, cloud platforms, and advanced development methodologies.
• Stellar project management abilities combined with exceptional organizational acumen.
• Superior communication skills, able to connect and influence across roles and teams.
• A data-driven mindset, seamlessly blending intuition with analytical rigor.

Advantageous Assets:

• Relevant certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).
• Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
