Customer Success Manager
Outpost24 is currently seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) for our SpecOps business unit!
You will have a retention-focused role, and be dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction, long-term engagement, and successful contract renewals. This position emphasizes proactive account management and issue resolution to reduce churn and maximize renewal rates.
Main Responsibilities
Onboarding and Engagement:
- Support customers in their initial implementation and adoption of SpecOps solutions, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, maintaining regular communication to understand customer needs and concerns.
- Monitor account health, usage patterns, and satisfaction levels to identify opportunities for engagement.
- Conduct business success reviews, ensuring customers see the ongoing value of SpecOps solutions.
Retention and Renewal Management:
- Facilitate seamless adoption and engagement, ensuring customers are well-positioned for successful contract renewals.
- Identify and address risks to customer retention, implementing proactive solutions to mitigate churn.
- Track and report on retention metrics, providing insights to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Customer Feedback and Advocacy:
- Collect and document customer feedback to improve products, services, and processes.
- Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, ensuring their needs are heard and prioritized.
- Identify situations where additional products or services could address customer challenges, passing opportunities to the sales team.
Key Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree
Experience:
- 5+ years in customer success, account management, or related roles
- Proven ability to manage customer accounts and achieve high renewal rates in a SaaS or technology environment.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and customer success tools.
