- Ad Copywriting & Testing: Write persuasive ad copy that resonates with target audiences, and conduct A/B testing to optimize messaging and performance.
- Budget Management: Efficiently allocate and manage the paid acquisition budget across different channels, ensuring the most cost-effective spend to achieve customer acquisition goals.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Use analytics tools to monitor key performance metrics like Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Cost Per Lead (CPL), Lifetime Value (LTV), and Return on Investment (ROI). Provide regular reporting on campaign performance and insights to the broader team.
- A/B Testing & Experimentation: Lead A/B testing and explore new marketing strategies to continuously enhance campaign effectiveness and ROI. Experiment with new platforms and tactics to reach potential customers more effectively.
- Platform Management: Manage and optimize campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads PPC, Reddit Ads, and other relevant paid media platforms, keeping up with platform updates and trends.
Requirements:

- Expertise in optimizing campaign structures, keyword management, bidding strategies, and ad copy to drive optimal performance.
- Comfortable working in a KPI-driven structure, with growth targets monthly, quarterly and annually assessed.

- Proven experience in managing large paid media budgets efficiently, ensuring cost-effective use of resources while meeting growth targets.
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar, to track KPIs and report on campaign performance (CPA, CPL, LTV, ROI).
- Experience running A/B tests, analyzing data, and implementing changes to improve campaign performance.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and how they tie into paid media strategies.
- Comfortable managing campaigns for a global market, with an understanding of regional targeting and audience segmentation.
