Marketing Manager - DACH region
About the Role
Specops is seeking a high-performing Marketing Manager to join our team dedicated to the DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) region.
In this role, you will transition from simple execution to full-scale campaign ownership. Reporting to the Head of New Business Campaigns, you will be responsible for the strategic planning, project management, and end-to-end delivery of integrated marketing programs. You are not just a contributor; you are the driver of the new business pipeline, ensuring our brand dominates the cybersecurity space in your respective territory.
Your Key Responsibilities:
You will own the full campaign lifecycle, moving beyond administrative tasks to lead the strategy and operational excellence required to hit aggressive pipeline goals.
1. Strategic Planning & Project Leadership
Campaign Ownership: Design and lead end-to-end integrated campaigns across digital, events, and demand generation channels tailored to your specific market (NA or DACH).
Project Management: Act as the primary project manager for regional initiatives, managing timelines, cross-functional stakeholders (content, design, product marketing), and deliverables to ensure flawless execution.
Event Strategy: Lead the presence at major regional tradeshows, overseeing not just logistics, but the overarching strategy for lead capture, pre-event promotion, and post-event follow-up.
Market Intelligence: Conduct deep market research to identify high-growth opportunities and competitive threats, adjusting regional tactics accordingly.
2. Execution & Demand Generation
Asset Management: Oversee the development of high-performing digital marketing assets and content syndication programs.
Sales Alignment: Partner directly with Sales teams to ensure marketing efforts are synced with sales goals and that leads are transitioning effectively through the funnel.
Budget Ownership: Manage and optimize the regional marketing budget, ensuring every dollar is allocated for maximum ROI and processing all financial reporting for your territory.
3. Analysis & Optimization
Performance Reporting: Take ownership of campaign data, providing leadership with sophisticated analysis and actionable insights to pivot or scale strategies.
Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the current marketing workflow and implement new tools or processes to increase efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a strategic implementer—someone who can think big picture but isn't afraid to get their hands dirty in the details. You are a natural leader of projects and a bridge-builder between departments.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a proven track record of managing (not just supporting) online and offline campaigns.
Language Proficiency: Native or professional-level proficiency in German (written and verbal) and professional-level English.
Industry Background: Direct experience in B2B Tech/SaaS is required; a background in cybersecurity is a significant advantage.
Tech Stack: Advanced proficiency in HubSpot (or similar Marketing Automation) and Salesforce (CRM) for tracking, reporting, and lead management.
Analytical Depth: A strong understanding of the B2B marketing funnel, TOFU/MOFU/BODU frameworks and CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost).
Leadership Qualities: Proactive, resilient, and capable of managing multiple high-priority projects simultaneously without losing sight of the goal.
But what’s in it for you?
Strategic Autonomy: You will have the freedom to shape regional strategy and see your ideas come to life from the ground up.
Global Impact: Work within a flat organizational structure where your voice is heard by leadership and your work directly impacts global revenue.
Growth Culture: A culture founded on trust and professional development, with a steep learning curve in the high-stakes world of cybersecurity.
Flexibility: A healthy work-life balance with remote-first options and/or hybrid flexibility in our Philadelphia hub.
