Outpost24 is looking for a Senior Security Consultant!

You will join our Offensive Security team within Ghost Labs in Europe (Karlskrona, Stockholm, Barcelona, Amsterdam, or Leuven).

The team consists of experienced ethical hackers who work across a wide range of offensive security engagements. As a Senior Security Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering advanced security assessments, simulating real-world attack scenarios, and helping our customers understand and reduce their risk.

You will work across different environments and technologies, including cloud platforms, applications, and emerging areas such as AI-driven systems.

As a Senior Security Consultant, your key responsibilities will include:

• Delivering offensive security engagements, including penetration testing and advanced red team engagements, leveraging frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK and TIBER-EU/DORA

• Identifying and exploiting vulnerabilities across a wide range of environments and technologies

• Supporting complex security assessments that require creative and non-standard approaches

• Collaborating with team members on challenging scenarios and actively contributing to knowledge sharing

• Contributing to the continuous improvement of our tools, methodologies, and overall offensive security capabilities

As our ideal candidate, you:

• Have a strong technical background and a practical understanding of how attackers operate in real-world scenarios. You are comfortable working across different domains and adapting your approach based on the target and objectives

• Have 5+ years of hands-on experience in offensive security (red teaming and/or penetration testing)

• Have a strong understanding of modern attack techniques and methodologies

• Are experienced working with cloud environments and modern applications

• Can identify and chain vulnerabilities into meaningful attack scenarios

• Have scripting or programming experience

• Have a curious mindset and a passion for security

• Are a team player who is also comfortable working independently when needed

• Speak fluent English, as this is our corporate language

Ideally, you also have experience or interest in:

• AI/LLM security

• Mobile application testing

• Relevant certifications (e.g., OSCP, OSEP, CRTO, or equivalent certifications demonstrating advanced offensive security skills)

• Programming in Python, C, C++, or C#
