Marketing Operations Coordinator
About the Role
We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Coordinator to join our growing B2B SaaS cybersecurity company. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the technical side of email marketing and thrives on executing campaigns with precision.
As a key member of the Marketing Operations team, you'll own the implementation, testing, deployment, and optimization of email marketing programs in HubSpot. Working closely with campaign managers, content creators, and stakeholders, you'll ensure emails are accurately built, thoroughly tested, properly segmented, and successfully delivered to the right audiences.
This role does not require copywriting experience. Instead, we're looking for someone with strong technical execution skills, exceptional attention to detail, and experience managing email marketing platforms and CRM data.
Key Responsibilities
Email Marketing Execution & Campaign Operations
· Build, QA, test, schedule, and deploy marketing emails in HubSpot.
· Implement email nurture programs, webinar invite/follow up campaigns, product communications, newsletters, and event-related emails.
· Create and manage audience segmentation, suppression lists, and dynamic contact lists.
· Conduct thorough quality assurance testing, including rendering, personalization tokens, links, tracking, forms, and workflows.
· Monitor email deployments and troubleshoot issues related to delivery, segmentation, automation, and reporting.
· Partner with campaign managers to ensure accurate campaign setup and execution timelines.
· Maintain email templates and ensure adherence to brand standards and email marketing best practices.
· Support A/B testing initiatives for subject lines, send times, audience segments, and email performance optimization.
HubSpot Administration & Data Management
· Serve as a primary administrator for HubSpot Marketing Hub.
· Maintain CRM data quality and support ongoing data cleansing initiatives.
· Manage contact imports, list maintenance, duplicate resolution, and data integrity processes.
· Ensure GDPR and consent management compliance across email programs.
· Support integrations between HubSpot, Salesforce, and other marketing technologies.
· Document email marketing processes, workflows, and operational procedures.
Reporting & Optimization
· Monitor key email marketing metrics, including deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and unsubscribe rates.
· Build reports and dashboards to measure campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities.
· Analyze email and nurture program performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
· Monitor marketing automation workflows and proactively identify issues or enhancements.
Cross-Functional Support
· Collaborate with Marketing, RevOps, Sales, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign execution.
· Support lead routing, lead lifecycle management, lead scoring models, and multi-touch attribution frameworks.
· Assist with marketing operations projects and process improvement initiatives.
· Contribute to the ongoing optimization of marketing systems, automation, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
· 1–3+ years of experience in email marketing, marketing operations or marketing automation, ideally in a B2B SaaS or cybersecurity environment.
· Hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub including email creation, workflows, lists and reporting (previous super admin experience preferred)
· Familiarity with Salesforce and common marketing technology integrations.
· Understanding of GDPR, consent management, and email compliance requirements.
· Proficiency in reporting, dashboard creation, and performance analysis.
· Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and process documentation skills.
· Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Based in Barcelona or Philadelphia.
