Outpost24 is Hiring a Renewals Specialist (Maternity Cover)!

We are looking for a Renewals Specialist to join us on a temporary basis as a maternity cover. This is a one-year contract with possibility for extension. In this role, you will play a key part in renewing contracts with existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. By leveraging our SaaS solutions, you’ll demonstrate value, drive customer retention.

Responsibilities:

· Prepare renewal letters, quotations, and notifications.

· Contact clients directly to negotiate terms and conditions and finalize renewal contracts.

· Utilize the company’s SaaS solutions to demonstrate value and enhance customer retention.

· Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth and positive renewal process.

· Meet and exceed renewal and revenue targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

· Identify opportunities for increased efficiency and automation in the renewal process.

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Previous experience in renewals, sales, or account management, preferably within a SaaS company, is highly desired but not mandatory.

· Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus, but not a requirement. 

· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle objections and close deals.

· Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage and maintain accurate data.
